It was great to see the whole piece come to life in the tech rehearsal, especially with all elements of prop, sound, lighting and costume. This was the first time I had seen my vision showed with both the choreography and lighting, particularly the spotlight section as I could see the relationship between the lighting restricting the dancers movement and pathways. The tech team said my cues were easy to follow both visually with the movement but also with the changed in the sound. 

This was also the first time the runners of my piece got to try out the manual Kabuki drop and unclipping the rope for Daisy to collect within the piece, we made sure they had a few tries at this within the rehearsal so they were confident with what they were being asked to do. All props worked perfectly from an audience point of view, and I was very proud of the runners for getting it right in their first try.
